Am 25.10.06 um 9 Uhr steht unser Genosse wegen Anklagen (Angriff auf Polizisten und Widerstand gegen die Festnahme) aus zwei verschiedenen Demonstrationen vor Gericht im faschistischen Deutschland.
Die erste fand am 17.08.24 statt, als die Polizei kurz nach dem Axel-Springer-Haus die Demonstration stoppte und auflösen wollte, wobei sie fälschlicherweise behauptete, dass dies die Entscheidung der Person gewesen sei, die die Demonstration angemeldet hatte.
Dies führte dazu, dass viele Menschen in der Leipziger Straße landeten, wo die Polizei alle weiter schikanierte und brutal behandelte, was zu verschiedenen Verletzungen und Panik führte.
Die zweite Demonstration am 21.09.24 führte zu einer der extrem brutalsten Situationen des letzten Jahres. Nach dem Ende der Demonstration folgten Polizisten den Demonstranten in die U-Bahn und zwangen sie, an der Yorckstraße auszusteigen, wo sie etwa 60 Personen einkesselten und mehr als zwei Stunden lang festhielten, ohne ihnen Zugang zu grundlegenden Bedürfnissen zu gewähren.
Die Polizei schlug mehrere Menschen brutal zusammen, was zur Einweisung mehrerer Personen ins Krankenhaus führte, nachdem sie aktiv Rettungsmaßnahmen verhindert hatte.

On 06.10.25 at 9 am our comrade is standing in front of court in fascist Germany for charges (attacking the cops and resisting arrest) from 2 different demonstrations.
The first was on 17.08.24, where the police stopped and tried to dissolve the demo shortly after Axel-Springer Haus, falsely claiming that it was the person who registered who took this decision, which lead to many people ending up in Leipziger Str. area, where the cops kept harassing and brutalizing everyone, causing different injuries and panic.
The second demo on the 21.09.24 resulted in one of the extreme brutal situations of last year.
After the end of the demo cops followed protestors into the U-Bahn and forced them to get off at Yorckstraße, where they kettled around 60 people and detained them for more than two hours, denying them access to basic necessities.
Police beat up several people brutally, leading to hospitalization of several people, after actively preventing rescue.
