Nachdem unser Genosse am 12. Februar 2024 in der Sonnenallee wegen des Skandierens von „Vom Fluss bis zum Meer, Palästina wird frei sein” festgenommen wurde, wird er nun gemäß § 86 StGB angeklagt:
Verwendung und Verbreitung von Propagandamaterialien verfassungsfeindlicher und terroristischer Organisationen.
Als Deutschland im November 2023 das Samidoun Palestinian Prisoners Solidarity Network und die Hamas verbot, fügte das Innenministerium den Slogan bewusst als „zugehörig” zu den beiden Organisationen hinzu und öffnete damit eine neue Tür, um die Palästina-Solidaritätsbewegung zu kriminalisieren und zu versuchen, unseren Diskurs neu zu gestalten.
Damit wurde der bloße Aufruf zur Befreiung Palästinas und zum Abbau der zionistischen Kolonie „illegal”.
Unter diesem Vorwand und während des seit zwei Jahren andauernden Völkermords wurden Hunderte von Demonstranten, die den Slogan skandierten, brutal behandelt und verhaftet, und mehrere Wohnungen wurden durchsucht, um die Geräte von Personen zu beschlagnahmen, die den Slogan in den sozialen Medien gepostet hatten.
Deshalb ist ein Sieg vor Gericht so wichtig, denn er würde eine Tür schließen, die der Polizeistaat bisher genutzt hat, um die Solidaritätsbewegung für Palästina unerbittlich zu bekämpfen.
Lasst uns also am Dienstag gemeinsam mit unserem Genossen vor Gericht erscheinen.
Und vom Fluss bis zum Meer wird Palästina frei sein.

After being arrested in the Sonnenallee on 12 February 2024 for chanting „From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free“, our comrade is facing charges under penal code §86 StGB:
the use and distribution of propaganda materials of unconstitutional and terror organisations.
When Germany banned Samidoun Palestinian Prisoners Solidarity Network and Hamas in November 2023, the ministry of interior deliberately added the slogan as „belonging“ to the two organisations, opening with that a new door to criminalize the Palestine solidarity movement and attempt to reshape our discourse.
Making the mere call for the liberation of Palestine and the dismantling of the Zionist colony „illegal“.
Under this pretence and during the past two years of ongoing genocide, hundreds of demonstrators who chanted the slogan were brutalized and arrested and multiple homes were raided to confiscate the devices of people who posted the slogan on social media.
This is why winning in court is vital, since it will close a door the police state has been using to relentlessly attack the Palestine solidarity movement.
So let’s join the court with our comrade on Tuesday.
And from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
