Am Freitag steht der nächste Prozess gegen einen Studenten statt. Er wird wegen der Hörsaalbesetzung an der FU im Dezember 2023 des Hausfriedensbruch angeklagt. Doch wir wissen, dass unser Protest legitim war und dass Unis Raum dafür bieten sollten.
Diesmal findet keine Kundgebung statt.
Wir werden trotzdem da sein und im Gerichtssaal unsere Solidarität zeigen.

The university is taking us to court, and we will not let this go unanswered!
The next trial against a student will take place on Friday. He is charged with trespassing for occupying a lecture hall at the FU in December 2023. But we know that our protest was legitimate and that universities should provide space for it.
There will be no rally this time.
We will still be there to show our solidarity in the courtroom.
