Am 6. August 2024 wird einer Genossin vor dem Amtsgericht Tiergarten der Prozess gemacht. Sie wurde am 11. Oktober 2023 auf einer Kundgebung für Palästina festgenommen und nun wird ihr Volksverhetzung wegen der Parole „From the river to the sea – Palestine will be free“
vorgeworfen.
Dabei soll es sich um den ersten Termin in Berlin seit dem 7. Oktober 2023 handeln, bei dem diese Parole Gegenstand der Anklage ist.
Besonders seit Oktober 2023 erleben wir eine Welle an repressiven Maßnahmen wie das willkürliche Untersagen von Parolen und legitimen Protesten und eine brutale Polizeigewalt.
Die Verantwortlichen des Repressionsapparates werden für ihr gewaltsames Verhalten und ihre massiven Angriffe auf die Meinungs-und Versammlungsfreiheit nicht zur Rechenschaft gezogen!
Wir lassen diese unrechtmäßigen Angriffe nicht unbeantwortet und werden daher der Genossin am 6. August zur Seite stehen.

On 6 August 2024, a female comrade will go on trial at Tiergarten district court. She was arrested on 11 October 2023 at a rally for Palestine and is now accused of incitement of the people because of the slogan „From the river to the sea – Palestine will be free“ is accused of.
This is said to be the first time since 7 October 2023 that this slogan has been the subject of a charge in Berlin.
Since October 2023 in particular, we have seen a wave of repressive measures such as the arbitrary banning of slogans and legitimate protests and brutal police violence.
Those responsible for the repressive apparatus are not being held accountable for their violent behaviour and their massive attacks on freedom of expression and assembly!
We will not let these unlawful attacks go unanswered and will therefore stand by our comrade on 6 August.
