Antiziganismus in Berlin Charlottenburg
Beim Kiezspaziergang „Antiziganismus in Charlottenburg“ wird sich DOSTA/MIA Berlin – die Dokumentationsstelle #Antiziganismus (Amaro Foro e.V.) – vorstellen und über die Lebensrealitäten von Rom*nja, Sinti*zze und dafür gehaltene Menschen sprechen.
Rom*nja und Sinti*zze sind immer wieder antiziganistischer Diskriminierung ausgesetzt, ob beim Kontakt mit Behörden oder in der Bildung, aber auch im öffentlichen Raum.
Diskriminierungsfälle können individuell oder institutionell sein und reichen von alltäglichen Beleidigungen und Abwertung bis hin zu körperlicher Gewalt.
Wir wollen einen genaueren Blick auf die Fälle werfen, die DOSTA seit über 10 Jahren dokumentiert.
Der Spaziergang dauert ca. 1,5h – 2h.
Der Ort an dem wir in Charlottenburg starten wird nach der Anmeldung bekannt gegeben.

Anti-Gypsyism in Berlin Charlottenburg
During the neighbourhood walk ‘Antiziganism in Charlottenburg’, DOSTA/MIA Berlin – the Documentation Centre for #Antiziganism (Amaro Foro e.V.) – will introduce itself and discuss the realities of life for Rom*nja, Sinti*zze and those perceived as such.
Rom*nja and Sinti*zze are repeatedly subjected to anti-Gypsyism, whether in their dealings with public authorities, in education, or in public spaces.
Cases of discrimination can be individual or institutional in nature and range from everyday insults and belittlement to physical violence.
We want to take a closer look at the cases that DOSTA has been documenting for over 10 years.
The walk will take approx. 1½–2 hours.
The starting point in Charlottenburg will be announced once you have registered.
